We spent the next day celebrating my friend's birthday by walking around her town and then visiting a bar that night. It was interesting.
Then the next day, we traveled home on IcelandAir. Icelandair had some amazing advertising and we now want to visit Iceland. I also got chosen for a random security check, one of those in depth ones between our flights. It was stressful because we didn't know our flight was delayed and we were already late for boarding the next flight. Everything was fine though and we managed to get home.
